Louise has 12 years’ experience in the social services sector, including 5 years spent delivering services and working closely with Indigenous agencies across homelands in Kakadu. She brings leadership and management knowledge to the Operations role, supporting our staff and clients by overseeing all programs and services and ensuring strong clinical and cultural governance in the work that we do at CAAPS.

Elisabete Pinto
Coordinator/AOD Counsellor, Strong Steps
Elisabete joins our Strong Steps team with several years experience working in the fields of AOD rehabilitation and domestic and family violence. Elisabete, a registered counsellor with strong leadership experience has specialised in the provision of services related to comorbid AOD addiction and mental health disorders and family violence support and holds a Bachelor of Counselling.

Katryna Kennedy
Family and Community Services Manager
Originally from WA, Kat has spent the last 8 years making Darwin home; working in and around the Northern Suburbs with children, youth, and families to support positive wellbeing outcomes and assist them to reach their full potential. Kat brings experience and knowledge in local systems networks and strengthening families and communities through strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collective impact frameworks.

Naina Qureshi
AOD Clinical Coordinator
Recently moved to Darwin from the UK with a variety of experience in supporting vulnerable populations including Out of Home Care, Corrections and advocacy for Women, Naina joins our AOD team in a leadership role. Naina holds a Bachelor in Social Work (Hons) and has a strong focus on trauma informed approaches to service delivery.
