GETTING TO CAAPS
CAAPS does not provide transport for clients entering or exiting our programs.
We can however collect clients from transit stations within the Darwin and Palmerston area (Darwin airport and Darwin/Palmerston bus interchange) if their arrival time falls within our work hours (8am to 4pm Monday to Friday).
Coming from Darwin/Palmerston
Those who live locally are expected to make their own way to CAAPS for assessment and admission in to program. If an agency has helped you with your application to CAAPS they may be able to assist you with transport. If you are making your own way please check current bus timetables here https://nt.gov.au/driving/public-transport-cycling/public-buses/Darwin-timetables-and-maps.
The closest bus stop to CAAPS is on Vanderlin drive, next to the Boulter road turn off (opposite Berrimah Police centre, by Yilli Reung and Milkwood Steiner school). You can then walk 600metres from here to CAAPS.
