Alcohol & Other Drugs Residential Treatment Referral

Please complete the AOD application form below and a CAAPS worker will be in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss your application. If you have any trouble completing the form, please contact us.

Where possible, we prefer to do assessments in person, however if applicant is outside of Darwin area or is incarcerated, we can provide the assessments via phone. Following assessment, CAAPS Healthy Family intake panel will assess the clients suitability to enter program and advise of entry date if suitable. If client is found not suitable CAAPS will assist in referrals to other services if required.
