CAAPS January School Holiday Program

During the January school holiday period, we held a program aimed to engage young people between the ages of 12 to 17 years who were identified as being at risk to participate in a series of dynamic activities. The aim of the program was to improve social and emotional wellbeing of participants with engaging activities that introduced new skills. Each participant was assigned a mentor who encouraged engagement, assisted them to overcome challenges and barriers, and provide practical support.

We were fortunate to be funded through the NTG Darwin Youth Activities Grant who have been of great support to the program.

This video is our highlight reel of the program, providing another opportunity for the young people to get involved as they chose the theme for the video, along with writing and performing all material.
