This year at CAAPS morning tea with our Board our Chairperson Darren Johnson was delighted to present the prestigious CAAPS Staff Member of the Year award to Anupa Mathew. Anupa , who is currently a Social Worker in our Youth Services program, has previously held roles such as the Youth Coordinator, Children’s Worker and Youth Caseworker over a period of 8 years CAAPS. Anupa received the award for a number of reasons including;
- the care that she shows for the young people that she works with
- demonstrating courage when faced with challenging situations
- demonstrating CAAPS values and always demonstrating a professional and respectful approach towards everyone that she works with
- sharing knowledge and always being flexible throughout her many years of service
We congratulate Anupa on being CAAPS Staff Member of Year for 2020!
